This privacy policy explains how Politexts, LLC (“Send Politexts”, “Politexts”, “company” or “we”, “us”, “our”) collect and use personal information (“Personal Information”) which we collect via https://www.sendpolitexts.com (the”Platform”) Contact Us and Opt-Out pages as well as through normal course of business as customers provide Politexts, LLC datasets with us.

We may receive Personal Information about you from Politexts clients. If you have received a text message through our services, your information was provided to the Politexts team through the Politexts client that contacted you. We will treat all such Personal Information with this privacy policy.
INFORMATION YOU DISCLOSE THROUGH USE OF POLITEXTS SERVICES
The company may allow you to transmit text messages (MMS and SMS) (“Content”) through our services. We may contract with third party services to help facilitate transmission or sharing of your Content. You should note that other people may be able to view your Content once it has been transmitted through Politexts services and may use or share it with third parties. We have limited control over who views your Content while it is being transmitted through the Platform and no control over who views your Content after it has been transmitted through or uploaded to the Platform, or any third party uses that are made of your Content. This privacy policy will not apply to third party uses of any Content after it is transmitted through the Platform. We may also publish your name with your Content, and we may use your Content, or any portion of it, for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional activities. Mobile numbers will not be shared or sold with third parties for promotional/marketing purposes.
